Anastasia WitbolsFeugen was murdered more than ten years ago on the night of October 22, 1997 at the age
of 18 years and 100 days, victim of a single gunshot wound to the head. On May 2, 2002, a former highshcool classmate of Anastasia's
was convicted of First Degree Murder, and is now serving a sentence of Life in prison without the possibility of parole.
More than ten years have now passed since the terrible night we lost Anastasia, but the pain is still new. Her absence is
still felt keenly by all of those who knew and loved her. She is missed just as much today as when we lost her.
